BEWARE MERCURY MENACE IN OUR FISH!

A reports says, more than half of canned tune contains unsafe levels of mercury.

Especially bad, note researches, is albacore white tune, which has three times more mercury than chunk light tuna. A team from the University of Nevada Las Vegas ( UNLV) studied 300 cans of the fishy treat, and found that 55 percent contained more mercury than is recommended by the U.S enrionmental Protection Agency ( EPA).

The level of mercury in seafood varies greatly. That's because the toxic metal is a naturally occurring elements that is found in rocks, and the amount each fish contains depends on where they were living.

Mercury poisoning can cause vision and hearing problems, and damage the central nervous system, leading to walking and speech difficulties. It also increases the risk of miscarriage, and can cause brain defects in babies.

These are my Best Friends, Gaylee Ramos and Lorgin Calub Ivans. There was a time that we had misunderstanding..We had lots of memories and hard to forget bad times and good times. Gaylee and Lorgin are both funny, while I myself is mysterious gurl. They are my childhood friends either. We grow up at church, when we saw each other it seems like our adventure will start again. But gaylee and lorgin has sooo much trouble when i am not around. Our parents gets irritated in our company.

Now we are adults, Gaylee still in the philippines, Lorgin in U.S.A and I in Canada.
Gaylee is ambitous girl, while lorgin and I are natural. Gaylee is adventurous, lorgin is neutral me is boring.

Lorgin has two childrean now, Gaylee still single but still kicking to find the right guy, She had lot of crushes... her parents doesn't like her to get marry in filipino...hahahaha! Poor gaylee!

I belong in average family.. What make more sense to me is, Life is full of challenge. Anyway..I have 8 siblings ( including my self)...what?????? over all 9...Here's the thing...beside of 9 kids I have nephew and niece..mmmm maybe 10? wow..what a big family! I am in the middle..fifth from the eldest and also 5th from the youngest..My Father is a farmer and carpenter,fisherman, whatever. My Mother is plain housewife. I have 6 brother's.. 2 of them are 50/50...why 50/50??? what does it means?? means..half cat and half dog..hahahaha!! kidding!! bisexual is the right words. But you know what? they can't getting along each other, there's saying..you're afraid of your own shadow...but infairness these two 50/50 are good looking boy..They're just wasting their life and looks that God's gave to them.
